I have been developing this information for over 5 years but inevitably there are some gaps in the information shown. If you can help in any way, be it corrections (especially those !) or additions, please don't hesitate to contact me at :

As you will see I am still missing the names of some of the medallists from the ESAA Track and Field Championships of 1937, 1939, 1946 and 1948. There are no results in the ESAA Archive before 1949 but I do have a subscription to the on-line British Newspaper Archive. It now contains over 102 million newspaper pages and has been an invaluable source for the older information. It is constantly being added to so I live in hope of these results appearing in the near future.

I have built the Running in the Family document as well as I can but there must be many family members missing. There are many ESAA medallists whom I believe to be members of particular families but I have been unable to prove it. I would love to add any missing entries.

I always try to show the first name of the athlete if I know it, so again any help with missing first names would be most appreciated.

There are some dates missing in the ESAA Venue lists and some times missing in the ESAA Results. Before 1952 often only the winning time was given with sometimes an idea of how far behind second place and third behind second. Terms such as inches; a foot or 2 feet, a yard or number of yards were used. I will try to add these as soon as possible but again I would appreciate any help with them.
